SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  1. Shipping Charges:

Free shipping on all orders above INR 1999 across India.

A flat charge of INR 99 will be added for orders below INR 1999.

Cash on delivery charges INR 149 on any order value.

Shipping Timeline:

We shall dispatch all orders within 2-7 business days of an order placed.

The shipping timeline as per general norms is expected to be anywhere between 5-10 working days depending on the location to be shipped in India. 

  1. In case of non-Delivery

As we rely on our delivery/courier partners for delivery of products, in the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter. In any such case we shall inform you of such inability to deliver and contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.

QIS By Ashmeet is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company on account of any factors beyond our control. 

For all the orders which are returned due to any following mentioned reasons, (Wrong address mentioned, wrong order placed, wrong Pin Code mentioned or wrong phone number registered while placing the order) the client will have to bear the consequent transport charges for re-shipping the order.

  1. Modes of Payment

For shipping within India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks and new-age payment options like UPI etc. We have industry prominent names as our third party payment gateways.

We shall endeavour to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
